Hiring for Sales Executive

A Sales Executive in the PEB industry identifies potential clients, promotes pre-engineered building solutions, and drives sales to meet business goals while maintaining client relationships and market awareness.

Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and connect with potential customers, such as builders, architects, contractors, and project developers.
  • Build and maintain a database of prospects through research and networking.

2. Sales & Business Development:

  • Present PEB solutions to clients, highlighting benefits like cost-effectiveness, speed of construction, and customizability.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, technical presentations, pricing quotes , building description form and proposal/quotations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

3. Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.
  • Address customer queries, provide technical assistance, and ensure satisfaction.

4. Market Analysis:

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to management for improving products or strategies.

5. Reporting:

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the management.
  • Track sales performance and work towards achieving monthly and annual targets.

TQualification and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related fields.
  • 3-4 Years Experience in related field

NOTE: PEB Industry Preferred
