Assistant Operations Manager (Female)
Job Description:
Oversees and manages daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company standards. Coordinates resources, optimizes processes, and leads teams to achieve organizational objectives and deliver high-quality results.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily operations to meet organizational goals.
- Monitor workflow and resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate with department heads and team members to ensure task completion.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Prepare reports and provide insights for process improvement.
- Ensure all operations comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Address and rectify operational bottlenecks.
- Oversee inventory, logistics, and resource allocation.
- Identify and address resource gaps.
- Address client queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Education
Civil Engineer or Mechanical Engineer required.
Experience
3-4 years in PEB / Steel Industry / Construction Operations . (Required)
Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
