Assistant Operations Manager (Female)

Job Description:

Oversees and manages daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company standards. Coordinates resources, optimizes processes, and leads teams to achieve organizational objectives and deliver high-quality results.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing daily operations to meet organizational goals.
  • Monitor workflow and resolve operational issues.
  • Coordinate with department heads and team members to ensure task completion.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
  • Prepare reports and provide insights for process improvement.
  • Ensure all operations comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Address and rectify operational bottlenecks.
  • Oversee inventory, logistics, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and address resource gaps.
  • Address client queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Education

Civil Engineer or Mechanical Engineer required.

Experience

3-4 years in PEB / Steel Industry / Construction Operations . (Required)

Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
