What does Green Brick Project do?
Green Brick Project Private Limited is an EPC and turnkey industrial construction company based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. It designs, manufactures and builds pre-engineered buildings (PEB), industrial sheds, warehouses, factory buildings, prefabricated structures and light gauge steel (LGSF) buildings, and also carries out civil construction.
Where is Green Brick Project located?
The head office is at Basement Floor, Kaul's Gloria, Plot 27A/5, Kanti Chandra Road, Kanti Nagar, Bani Park, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302016. The manufacturing plant is at IB/6, Solitaire Industrial Park, Ajmer Road, Bagru, Rajasthan 303007. Regional offices are in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Maharashtra), Satna (Madhya Pradesh), Moradabad (Uttar Pradesh) and Jhajjar (Haryana).
Which areas do you serve?
We take up projects across India from our Jaipur head office and regional offices in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Maharashtra), Satna (Madhya Pradesh), Moradabad (Uttar Pradesh) and Jhajjar (Haryana).
Do you manufacture the steel structure yourselves?
Yes. Steel members are fabricated at our own plant at IB/6, Solitaire Industrial Park, Ajmer Road, Bagru, Rajasthan 303007, then delivered and erected at site by our team.
How long does it take to build a PEB?
For a typical single-storey PEB, structural work usually takes 2 to 3 months after drawings are approved, compared with 8 to 12 months for an RCC building. Total time depends on building size, civil work and approvals.
How much does a pre-engineered building cost per sq ft in India?
A structure-only PEB (steel frame, roofing and cladding) generally costs ₹300–600 per sq ft. A turnkey building including foundation, flooring, erection and basic MEP generally costs ₹1,200–2,500 per sq ft. Height, span, cranes, insulation and site conditions change the rate. What GST applies to PEB construction?
When a PEB is supplied and erected at site it is treated as a works contract and attracts 18% GST.
Do you offer turnkey (design-build) projects?
Yes. We handle design, manufacturing, civil work, erection, MEP and handover as a single contract.
Do you maintain buildings that you did not build?
Yes. Our I-Care preventive maintenance plan covers PEB and industrial buildings built by any contractor, on an annual plan priced per sq ft per year.
Do you repair industrial floors?
Yes. Under I-Care we offer floor densification, epoxy coating, waterproofing and crack repair for factory and warehouse floors.
What certifications does Green Brick Project hold?
ISO 9001:2015 (quality), ISO 14001:2015 (environment) and ISO 45001:2018 (occupational health and safety). We are also registered under Udyam (MSME) and Startup India.
